The Story Behind the Mission
The inspiration for this initiative comes from our own journey.
Many of us grew up in small villages across South India. Villages where education opportunities were limited, where temples were not just buildings but centres of culture, faith and identity.
Seeing your hometown name on your fridge in the UK is a reminder of how far you have come. Through this initiative, we want to give something back to the places that shaped us.
To make that possible, we partnered with Bammidi Sarada Memorial Trust.
Bammidi Sarada Memorial Trust
Established over 25 years ago in India, Bammidi Sarada Memorial Trust has a long-standing history of meaningful service to rural communities.
The trust focuses on practical, on-the-ground impact rather than symbolic efforts.
Our Three Core Areas of Support
Scholarships for Village School Toppers
The trust provides financial support to academically outstanding students from rural schools, from Class 3 through to Class 10.
- These scholarships help:
- Reduce school dropout rates
- Encourage academic excellence
- Support families who cannot afford continued education
- Create long-term opportunity for village children

Free Health Camps
Regular health camps are organised in underserved villages, providing:
- Basic medical check-ups
- Access to doctors
- Essential medicines
- Preventive health awareness
In many rural areas, access to healthcare is limited. These camps ensure that help reaches those who need it most.
Temple Construction & Restoration
In rural South India, temples are not just places of worship. They are community centres, cultural anchors and symbols of identity.
Funds from this initiative support:
- Construction of new temples in villages without proper facilities
- Repair and restoration of aging temple structures
- Basic infrastructure improvements
By preserving these spaces, we help preserve cultural heritage.
