Delivery

We deliver across the UK using trusted courier partners such as DPD.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High demand periods

Once your order has been handed over to the courier and marked as delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

Please ensure that:

  • Delivery details are accurate
  • Someone is available to receive the order if required

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be issued.
Due to the nature of grocery and perishable products:

  • Returns may not be accepted on opened or used items
  • Certain items may be non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued
  • If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, an administrative charge of 15% will be deducted from the total order value

1 p Stores

The 1p Store operates on a single-item reward system. Eligibility to purchase or claim an item from this collection is strictly limited to one (1) item per billing amount of minimum £40 spent or per designated target achievement for every 20 pounds there off.

This limit of one item is per milestone of target billing amount and cannot be combined or bypassed unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed this one-item-per-target threshold if claimed for more than one item when not eligible.

Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any regulations or laws
  • To interfere with the security or functionality of the website
  • We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited uses.
