Returns and Refund Policy

At South India 2 UK Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in picking and packing your orders, with a two-step verification process and video recording for every parcel to ensure accuracy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to support you.

1. Perishable & Restricted Items

Due to their nature, the following items are excluded from our standard returns policy and can only be returned if they are faulty or unfit for purpose, in accordance with your legal rights:

  1. Fresh Vegetables and Fruits
  2. Incense Products
  3. Beauty Products
  4. Gift Vouchers
  5. Gift sets involving food items
  6. Frozen items

Reporting Issues:

For any perishable items that are damaged or of poor quality, you must notify us at support@southindia2uk.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt.

2. Non-Perishable Items

We offer refunds or exchanges on non-perishable goods within 7 days of purchase, provided they are:

Unopened and in their original packaging.

In a fully resalable condition.

Accompanied by the original order number.

Note: After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange

3. Damages and Faulty Goods

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately via email or phone or whatsapp. To process these claims, we strictly require:

Videographic evidence of the parcel being opened.

Photographic evidence of the specific damaged goods.

Once we verify the evidence against our internal packing recordings, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

4. Shipping and Costs

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Deductions:

Refunds are subject to the deduction of original postage and packing charges (including orders that initially qualified for free shipping). We reserve the right to deduct transaction fees, restocking costs, and packaging material expenses.

Uncollected Packages:

Any returned, uncollected packages containing perishables will be inspected. Items damaged or stained by spoiled fruit/veg will be excluded from the refund.

5. Refund Process

Method:

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original credit/debit card used for purchase.

Timeline:

Once authorized, please allow 7–10 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

Late Refunds:

If your refund is confirmed but not yet visible, please contact your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times vary.

6. Important Notices

Incorrect Deliveries:

Goods dispatched in error remain the property of South India 2 UK Limited. Please notify us within 2 days to arrange collection.

In-Store Returns:

As an e-commerce specialist, we cannot process website returns or refunds at our physical stores or head office.

Storage:

We strongly recommend checking and storing your order immediately upon arrival to preserve quality and shelf life.
